Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. OneCode selects one contractor at its sole discretion based on fit, including revenue, team size, volume and readiness to adopt the system. OneCode may end or modify this program at any time.
3. The no-cost build
The selected contractor receives a CRM build, team onboarding and 30 days of support at no cost. Third-party software subscriptions, phone numbers and messaging fees, if any, are not included unless agreed in writing.
4. Case study
The selected contractor agrees OneCode may document and share results, with approval of any company name, logo or imagery before publication.
5. Limitation
Services are provided as-is. OneCode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Information we collect
Name, company name, phone, email and the answers you submit in this application, plus standard analytics data such as pages visited and referring ad.
How we use it
To review your application, contact you about it, schedule your strategy call and, if you opt in, send updates about OneCode services.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this program (CRM, scheduling, messaging), under confidentiality obligations. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
